All the staff from the moment we walked in was so pleasant, helpful and just all smiles. I love that... when we were all done with our appointment the representative did NOT pressure us to buy right now or make us feel bad for not buying glasses. I appreciate all of the workers being polite and making my daughter first real exam a relaxing one. Dr.Zahn and his nurse were so sweet and patient.
